Export eligible patients to Call Shaper predictive dialer. Automatically excludes patients marked as "Declined" or "Wrong Number".

Export Includes:

  • Patient ID (LeadID)
  • Name and contact information
  • Primary phone and alternate phone
  • Email address
  • Insurance payer and member ID
  • Eligible supply items (in Notes field)

Configure this webhook in Twilio Console for Status Callbacks and Inbound Messages. The system automatically tracks SMS delivery status and patient replies (YES/NO/STOP).

Disposition Tracking System Active

Patients are automatically removed from mass outreach when they: confirm orders or have wrong numbers. Patients stay in queue if they decline or don't answer (they need follow-up). Dispositions sync from Call Shaper webhooks, Twilio SMS replies, and agent manual entry.
